Meet the Artist
Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Matt, and I am a middle school biology teacher, world traveler, rock climber, and most recently an aspiring artist. I love the great outdoors, and am particularly fond of our great national parks. My art, which is a combination of woodworking and painting, tends to celebrate these great places.

We have been looking for a stunning piece of art to put above our fireplace for many years. Lucky for us we stumbled across Matt’s interpretation of Grand Prismatic in a coffee shop in Bozeman. He is super passionate about his art, a fantastic communicator, and a real pleasure to work with. He provided several mock-ups before we ordered so could see how it would look in our space. Needless to say, it looks amazing! We love Grand Prismatic so much we are now working with him on custom piece of Big Sky's Lone Peak for another room in our house.
